IT’S ALL IN A DAY’S WORK?

Whether your 18, 30, 50, or 75, we women can all agree that we lead quite busy lives. We often exhaust ourselves with taking care of everyone around us. By nature, we are the “Care-Takers”. But, have you ever stopped and wondered what would happen if suddenly the women disappeared from the earth?  Oh, the piles of dirty laundry. The time it would take them to find the keys, in the same place you have been telling them for 10 years! The children would have the Dollar Menu memorized!  What would your family do?

 

 

 

See, my point ….YOU MUST TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF, BECAUSE THEY NEED YOU! Maintaining your HEALTH means more than not being sick. It means:

TWELVE WAYS TO GREAT HEALTH:

  1. Before getting out of bed, thank God for a brand new day with many new adventures and opportunities.
  2. First thing in the morning, drink an 8oz. glass of water. It helps flush toxins from the night out of your body. Drink at least 6 glasses a day for beautiful skin.
  3. Eat protein for breakfast. DO NOT skip breakfast. Don’t eat after 7:00 in the evening.
  4. Read something positive everyday. Choose not to be around pessimistic people.
  5. Laugh everyday!  Enjoy life.
  6. Exercise. Take a walk, Do a class. Play a sport.

  9. Eat right; limit your consumption of fats, refined carbohydrates, and red meat.
