High Blood Pressure:

  • Same precautions as high cholesterol.

 

Alternative to Medications: Multi-Vitamin, Calcium/Magnesium, Garlic, B-Complex, Stress Relief Complex , CQ10, Shaklee Omega Guard, Fiber, Flax, Vitamin E.

Prostate Support:

  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
